The Neurology department focuses on the study, diagnosis, and treatment of disorders and diseases of the nervous system, including the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves. Students learn about the anatomy, physiology, and pathology of the nervous system, as well as the latest advances in neurology research and treatment. The curriculum covers topics such as stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and neurodegenerative disorders. Graduates are prepared for careers in hospitals, research institutions, and specialized clinics. The department emphasizes the importance of research and collaboration with other fields to advance our understanding of neurological disorders and develop new treatments and prevention strategies.
