    Abstract

Epidermal nevi are originated from pleuropotent germinative cells at the basal membran of embrionic epidermis. Epidermal nevus syndrome (ENS) is a multisystem disease characterized by lineer epidermal nevus related with neurologic, ophtalmologic, skeletal system and oral cavity abnormalities. ENS is rare and ratio is 1:1000. Although it is sporadic, there are some familial cases. Epidermal nevuses are skin signs especially associated with anomaly of central nervous system and skeletal system. Cases with these signs should also be searched for associated anomalies. This case is presented to notice the association between skin signs and central nervous system anomalies.
