Abstract

The thermogravimetric studies of two different precursors’ complexes of tin dioxide are fulfilled both to establish and to compare their basic thermal decomposition stages. They are to be used as an electroactive material for sensitive elements of sensors. The variety in the decomposition processes of two studied complexes are to be established due to the differences of their structures: presence or absence of a coordinated water molecules. The presence of water molecules facilitates loosening the matter of a complex at a thermal decomposition of it and forms nanoscale grains in our tin dioxide films.
